BioI'm a self-obsessed worrier that thinks too much and doesn't vocalize enough. I guess that's why I'm signing up to write a journal that will not be read very much. Sometimes I think about things so much that I actually reach some level of clarity and lucidity. And then I forget, or talk myself out of it. So I figure writing it all down might one day help to make sense of it all. An online virtual psychologist's report without the diagnosis or the answering back.
